Our wound care services are available to patients with chronic or non-healing surgical wounds that have been present for at least 30 days. Patients can receive care at home or in a long term care facility—even if they are already receiving home health or hospice,—since we bill Medicare Part B. For patients who currently have a Medicare Advantage plan but want to receive this service, our knowledgeable staff can guide them through the process of temporarily switching to traditional Medicare. Once the wound has healed, we can also help patients switch back to their original plan, making it easy and seamless to access the care they need without long-term changes to their coverage.
